Hilton Honors came to HZ looking to help realign the Experiences website with the quality of the program. The original site was outdated and difficult to manage, both for the client and for the user. We focused on developing a fresh experience which would emphasize and encourage exploration, showcasing and enticing users with Hilton's vast catalogue of experiences. In the end, we made the journey just as engaging as the destination.

Users shouldn't be hampered by website search. We developed a level of control and flexibility that made finding the ideal experience for all tastes and budgets a breeze, balancing nuanced controls with ease of use.
Users shouldn't be hampered by website search. We developed a level of control and flexibility that made finding the ideal experience for all tastes and budgets a breeze, balancing nuanced controls with ease of use.
We knew from the very beginning that a full-featured mobile experience was going to be integral to the success of this site. While in conceptual and design phases, we focused much attention on the card design, creating several tiers which would scale naturally between large and small screens, creating an experience which felt natural, whichever device the user accessed it from.
